Hey there! I'm Vaibhav Doddihal, the creator and curator of BlockSimplified. I'm on a mission to simplify learning and share knowledge across various fields.

History

I worked on the v1 of BlockSimplified in 2022, inception was way earlier but it took some time to get the momentum to something. The idea here is to simplify and learn blocks of life, code, tech or anything else by following a philosophy of learning, unlearning and relearning.

Goals to achieve

• Document what I learn and how I learn consistently
• Take feedback from community and keep improving
• Build a knowledge base which can help others learn better

One of the first goals in this process was to create the website from scratch and document things exactly the way I learned how to.

I can't claim that I was able to achieve all of the goals but I'm happy that I was able to start and make some progress.

This is my second iteration of the website and I'm excited to see how it goes. I'm sure I'll learn a lot in this process and I'm excited to share it with you all.

Why re-creating the website in?

I had created the website in 2022 and it was a great learning experience. I learned a lot about web development, design, content creation and much more. But as I learned more, I realized that there were a lot of things that I could have done better. One of the key things that I got feedback on was the overall design of the website. It basically felt like a college project done over the weekend.
